Just a Few Thoughts on Global Warming

Last night I retrieved the following picture from my favorite weather website. Please study it carefully.
This map represents a tropical disturbance in the Gulf of Mexico. I want you to pay attention to all the projected paths (lines) on the map. Don't you feel reassured that these weather experts are so certain about where this thing might go?

Now realize that some of the same people that generate predictions like this are also the ones telling us that global warming is real and manmade and it's going to kill us and destroy the planet. They want to give us cap and trade, more gubment control over our lives, less freedom and liberty, higher energy costs, no more fossil fuels, electric cars for all, and a giant sing-a-long of Kum Ba Ya.

They make a convincing argument, doncha think? Just sayin'.

  1. Yet one site already predicted that the Republican Convention in Tampa will be hit by a hurricane, and that they should move it to another city, pffft.

All these people get paid huge salaries too.

    Right Truth

  2. "They want to give us cap and trade, more gubment control over our lives, less freedom and liberty.."

When climate alarmism was at its peak several years ago, the UK government contemplated a carbon rationing program, where people would get a carbon credit card and live their lives trading carbon credits on their newly established carbon market. If it was successful, this program would eventually have spread to the USA and the rest of the world. But the UK could not get it going. Then the US dumped cap&trade last year and the Chicago Climate Exchange folded, that ended the whole program. Thank god.

This program is still waiting in the wings, ready to go at any time. Just give Obama the chance and you too can have your own carbon credit card. Wouldn't that be fun?
