What's up with Hillary?

So first we heard Hillary had hit her head and had a concussion. Then we heard she had the flu which caused her to get dehydrated, pass out, and hit her head. Then we heard she had a blood clot in her leg. Then we heard she had a blood clot in her head. Then we heard she had a subdural hematoma. Then we heard she was on blood thinner.

Ya know, none of this really makes sense to me. If Hillary really has a subdural hematoma, as far as I know, you DO NOT USE BLOOD THINNER to treat them. That would only increase bleeding and make the subdural hematoma larger. Many subdurals are simply watched and treated conservatively and over time will resolve on their own. If they grow and start to increase pressure in the brain or impinge on important structures, they are sometimes drained with a tube or surgery is performed to remove them and repair the damaged vessels that caused the bleeding.

The only time I know of using blood thinner to treat a clot in the brain is if the clot is inside an artery going to the brain. This is otherwise known as a STROKE! The part of the brain beyond the involved artery is damaged due to lack of blood supply.

But then I saw another report that said she did not have a stroke. So who knows what the heck is going on with Hillary? If this were an important Republican official, you can bet your sweet ass that the press would be all over this like white on rice demanding full transparency and full accountability. Seems like the media coverage of all this has been lukewarm at best.

From a purely humanitarian point of view I don't wish the woman any ill and hope she makes a full recovery from whatever kind of hocus pocus injury or illness she has. But I fear we are seeing nothing but hocus pocus here and the root of the problem may be an acute Benghazioma.

Wildcard Weekend

It's that time of year again, boys and girls, and the Grouch has made up his mind with some NFL football picks. I did a pretty good jobs last year, in fact I was better than the so called experts on ESPN. So here we go for the games beginning this Saredee:

Cincinnati @ Houston

Houston looked like the team to beat at the beginning of the season, but sadly they have lost 3 of their last 4 games. Houston's numbers certainly look better but at this point I think momentum has a lot to do with success. I think the key will be Arian Foster. If he has a good day, running the ball, Houston will win. It's going to be a squeaker I think and I'm going to give the win to Cincinnati by 3 points.

Minnesota @ Green Bay

Although both teams have been winning down the stretch I don't think Green Bay has looked that sharp. I think they have some potential problems on defense and they have a problematic running game. The Vikings on the other hand have won 4 in a row and with Adrian Peterson completing a 2097 rushing yard season, I think the Vikings will be able to pound the Packers into submission. It will be close until about the middle of the third quarter until the Green Bay defense gets tired. I predict Minnesota by 10 points.

Indianapolis @ Baltimore

Neither team has great defense. If Baltimore could field its defense of years past it would be no contest but that won't be the case Sundee. Baltimore has lost 4 out of the last 5 games while Indy has won the last 4 out of 5. Andrew Luck is on fire and I think he will be the QB to watch along with RG III in the years to come. I'm giving this one to the Colts by 14.

Seattle @ Washington

This is going to be a war. The teams look pretty even number wise with Seattle having an edge in pass defense and Washington an edge in rush defense. I watched the last regular season game between Washington and Dallas. Alfred Morris looked impressively tough carrying the ball. I think having said that, with RG III and home field advantage, I'm calling this one for the Redskins by a point or two. We might see overtime.

So there ya go, sports fans. Agree? Disagree? Send a comment and tell me what you think.

Marsha! Marsha!

I can proudly say that I did not vote for my congresswoman, Marsha Blackburn, last November. Instead I wasted my vote and pulled the switch for an independent. No, she blew it big time in August 2011 when she caved and voted along with other RINO's to raise the debt ceiling. I contacted her ahead of time and told her not to do it, but she did it anyway and now we're at about 16.4 trillion in debt and counting with no relief in sight.

I happened to see her on Fox News last night. I didn't listen to everything she said but she was ranting about the next debt ceiling debate coming up in a couple of months. She was telling all of us how she was going to stand strong against Obama. For you low information voters, Obama more or less wants the debt ceiling eliminated. He thinks he should just be allowed to spend waste as much money as he wants without accountability.

Well, Marsha, I gotta say that your words ring pretty empty. You had your chance to do the right thing in August of 2011 and you blew it. What makes you think we can trust you now? I'm not holding my breath.

RINO Reminder

Senator Lamar Alexander is the traitorous senator from Tennessee who voted to confirm the racist judge, Sonya Sotomayor. Never again will I vote for Lamar Alexander. He is not up for re-election until 2014, but I intend to post this reminder each and every month until then. I hope he either resigns or they run a true conservative against him in the primary. I challenge my fellow bloggers to do the same if you have RINO's in your state that need to go. I may add my other senator, Bob Corker, to this reminder. I'm waiting for him to cross the aisle again and work with Dimocrats.

It is with sadness that I have added my congresswoman, Marsha Blackburn to the RINO Reminder list. She voted for the BOEHNER bill and has voted to raise the debt ceiling, thereby COMPROMISING and selling us out to the Dimocrats and the establishment Republicans. I have let congresswoman Blackburn know that I am looking forward to voting for a primary challenger against her in 2014. I hope there is one.

Happy New Year

Happy New Year, everyone. I've been taking a break but I think I'm going to get back to blogging, at least a little. I just have not had the energy to listen to that piece of sh*t we have in the Whitehouse much less the bowl of swirling turds on both sides of the aisle in congress. But I'll get out of my funk and get back into the swing of things.
